About the service

Campos del Norte provides an online store where customers may browse products, create retail or wholesale accounts, place orders, arrange delivery where available, manage delivery subscriptions, and receive transactional communications about their account and orders.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that are inactive, incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Wholesale accounts may require application review and approval before wholesale pricing or features become available.

Orders, pricing, and availability

Product listings, prices, fees, and availability may change at any time. An order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, decline, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price or fee was listed incorrectly, payment cannot be completed, delivery cannot be fulfilled, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

Displayed prices may be retail or wholesale depending on your account type and approval status. Delivery fees, taxes, discounts, and subscription benefits may apply as shown at checkout or in your account.

Payments

You agree to pay all amounts due for orders, delivery fees, and any active delivery subscription using the payment methods we support. Card payments and recurring subscription billing are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amounts.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may delay fulfillment, cancel the order, suspend subscription benefits, or restrict account access until the balance is resolved.

Delivery

Delivery availability, zones, timing, and fees depend on your address and our then-current delivery rules. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring someone can receive the order when it arrives.

Risk of loss for delivered goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Delivery subscriptions

If you purchase a delivery subscription, the benefits, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be described at purchase and in your account. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled according to the cancellation process available in your account or otherwise communicated by us.

Cancelling auto-renewal may allow benefits to continue through the end of the current paid period. We may change subscription pricing or features with notice as required by law or as described at the time of change.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale access is subject to application, verification, and ongoing approval. Wholesale pricing, payment terms, invoices, returns, and reporting features may differ from retail terms and may be changed or withdrawn if an account is no longer approved or active.

Cancellations, returns, and issues

Because we sell perishable and fresh products, cancellation, return, refund, and replacement options may be limited and depend on order status, product type, and the circumstances of the issue. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order details so we can review the issue.

Once a refund is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Timing may vary depending on your bank's policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Providing false information, impersonating others, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Interfering with site security, scraping content in an abusive way, or overloading our systems.
• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Campos del Norte name, logo, website design, product content, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without our prior written permission, except as needed to use the service in the ordinary way.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers such as payment processors, hosting providers, email delivery, and mapping/geocoding services. Your use of those providers may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that product descriptions, inventory, pricing, or delivery estimates will always be complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campos del Norte and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service or an order will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order or subscription giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Campos del Norte from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to the service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the service from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.
