How we use Google services

Campos del Norte uses Google APIs only to run store operations. We do not offer "Sign in with Google" to customers, and we do not request access to any customer's personal Gmail account.

Specifically:

• Gmail API: We connect our own Campos del Norte business mailbox so the store can send transactional emails such as email verification codes, password-reset links, order status updates, wholesale application notices, delivery-subscription notices, and contact-form notifications.
• Google Maps Geocoding API: We may use address geocoding to calculate delivery zones and delivery fees from a shipping address.
• Google user data accessed through the Gmail connection is limited to sending email from our authorized business mailbox. We do not use Gmail access to read, scrape, or sell customer inbox contents, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Payments

Card payments and related billing (including delivery subscriptions, where offered) are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

When we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the store:

• Service providers that help us run the platform (for example hosting, email delivery through our Gmail mailbox, payment processing, and maps/geocoding).
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Campos del Norte, our customers, or others.

Data retention

We keep account, order, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Verification and password-reset codes are short-lived and expire automatically.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including hashed passwords, authenticated sessions, and access controls for admin tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update certain account details from your account page while signed in. You can also contact us to request help with account questions, access requests, or deletion requests where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

Children's privacy

Campos del Norte is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
